5.2 Bonus Eligibility Requirements

The welcome bonus is available once per player. Claiming bonuses repeatedly from the same person using different accounts will be treated as financial fraud.

5.3 VIP Cashback

The VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver — 0.5%; Gold — 0.8%; Platinum — 1.0%. Cashback is paid out every week based on the player's gaming history.

5.4 Bonus Cancellation

If irregular activity occurs during the wagering requirement period (such as unusual game switching or deposits from external accounts), the bonus may be cancelled.

6.1 Fair Play

8.1 Closure by Player

If a player wishes to close their account voluntarily, they can contact us via 24/7 Live Chat. Even if bonus wagering requirements have not been completed, the remaining original deposited balance can still be withdrawn. The bonus funds will then be cancelled.

8.2 Closure by Platform

If the prohibited activities in Section 7 are committed or these terms and conditions are violated, m7slot reserves the right to suspend individual accounts without prior notice.

8.3 Problem Gambling
